Bay Farm School PTSA is YOU! When you join the Bay Farm PTSA, you join a collaborative and caring group of parents who are working hard to make our school the best place for our children to learn, grow and thrive. The success of Bay Farm School is in large part due to the contributions of time and support from our Bay Farm families. We encourage every parent or guardian to join today for a small per person membership fee ($25). We also encourage you to make the recommended annual donation to help support the many amazing programs we fund or subsidize. Please sign up for membership and make your tax-deductible donations.

Register, join and donate in 3 easy steps:

1. REGISTER: Go to, Enter code: bayfarmpta. Complete your registration. This is the eDirectory for Bay Farm School and every parent should sign up to receive important emails from the school.

2. BECOME A MEMBER: Pay a small $25 membership fee per member to join. If the fee is a barrier to joining, email us and let us know! We can help.

3. DONATE: Make a tax-deductible donation to help support Bay Farm School programs such as field trips, STEAM offerings, science enrichment, reading intervention, and technology in the classroom. We need your help to make these programs happen! The recommended donation is $200 for the first child and $75 for each additional child. Remember to check if your employer offers a matching gift program to make your contribution go even further!

If you don’t plan to sign up for membership or make a donation online, please still register at and complete step #1 above by September 30, so that you may receive important communications from the PTSA. If every family registers at MySchoolAnywhere by September 30 (whether you donate or not), all students will get a pizza party!

You Can Make a Difference! Strong parent involvement results in a strong school. We encourage you to volunteer on an ongoing basis or for a single event or day. We have great volunteer opportunities available – complete the Volunteer Form and return it to your child’s teacher.

Support your child’s teacher by contributing a $25 check to the Alameda Education Foundation (AEF) Adopt-A-Classroom drive. If each child in your classroom contributes by September 30, AEF will give your teacher a $500 gift card to be used for classroom needs. Our goal is to have every classroom and every teacher at Bay Farm adopted. Please follow the instructions on the Bay Farm PTSA Adopt-A-Classroom Program flyer.
